2) Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Wreet software licenses, subscriptions, and related digital services made directly via https://benc-motorsport.com or other official channels indicated by us. Because Wreet is supplied as digital content / software, refund rights are more limited once access or activation has occurred, as set out below.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws prevail.
3) Eligibility for Refunds (14 Days)
We aim to be fair. Within fourteen (14) days of purchase, you may request a refund in the following cases, provided that no activation, access, or use of the licensed product or digital service has taken place:
- Wrong product or plan ordered — you selected the wrong Wreet option and it has not been activated or used.
- Non-delivery / no access — you did not receive license credentials or access details and the issue cannot be resolved promptly.
- Order not fulfilled — we are unable to provide the purchased service or activation within a reasonable timeframe and you have not used or accessed Wreet.
We may require reasonable confirmation that the software has not been activated or used (see Compliance, Anti-Abuse & Data).
If you are an EEA/UK consumer, note that for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once: (a) delivery/activation starts, and (b) you have given your express consent and acknowledgment of this during checkout or contract signing.
4) Non-Refundable Cases
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- Activated / accessed licenses — once license keys are activated, a device is registered, or you have logged into and used Wreet or its online services.
- Digital content after access — once you have been granted access to Wreet as digital content/software (including downloads, unlocks, or web-based use) following your consent to immediate supply.
- Abuse or breach of Terms — where there are indications of fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, reverse engineering beyond what is legally permitted, mass extraction of solutions, or other material breach of our Terms of Service.
- Used promotional benefits — where the primary value has already been consumed (e.g. significant use of Wreet under a heavily discounted offer).
Important: For software like Wreet, once you have effective access or activation, we cannot “take back” the delivered value in the same way as physical goods. That is why eligibility is limited to non-activated / non-accessed orders, subject to applicable law.
5) How to Request a Refund

- your full name/company name,
- order ID / invoice number,
- purchase date and product/subscription name,
- a short explanation of your request.
- State whether Wreet has been activated, accessed, or used on any device.
We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, locate the transaction, and check eligibility. If required details are incomplete or incorrect, processing may be delayed until they are provided.
6) Processing & Method of Refund
- Method — approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used (e.g. PayPal). We generally do not refund to alternate methods or accounts.
- Timing — once approved, we initiate the refund promptly. Actual settlement times depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Currencies & fees — refunds are processed in the original transaction currency and amount paid. Any currency conversion differences, bank fees, or platform fees are outside our control.
- Partial refunds — for orders containing multiple items, we may refund only the eligible portion (for example, where some items were activated and others were not).
7) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first at info@benc-motorsport.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
If a dispute or chargeback is filed through your payment provider, we may provide evidence of: order details, delivery of access credentials, activation logs, and relevant usage indicators. Where we have correctly delivered what was purchased and the product has been activated or used, we may contest unjustified chargebacks.
8) Compliance, Anti-Abuse & Data
To apply this Refund Policy fairly and protect against fraud or abuse, we may verify whether and how a license or service was used. This may include, in line with our Privacy Policy:
- License & activation status — checking if your license key, account, or device was activated, authenticated, or used to access Wreet.

Hardware-bound identifiers — verifying Wreet-specific identifiers derived from certain system characteristics
(for example, Windows Machine GUID, SMBIOS/board UUID, CPU identifier) which are combined and cryptographically hashed into a
Wreet-specific hardware ID and used with headers such as
X-Hardware-IDfor legitimate licensing and security purposes. - Device keys — confirming whether a non-exportable device key created by the official Wreet client has been registered and used for secure access.
- Telemetry & logs — reviewing limited technical logs (e.g. timestamped access, feature usage counts, error codes) to confirm non-use or detect clear abuse. We do not inspect your ECU file contents for marketing purposes.
- Abuse indicators — considering evidence of unauthorized sharing, mass extraction, tampering, or use in connection with prohibited activities as described in our Terms of Service.
These checks are proportionate, used solely to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms, and are handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9) Exceptions & Special Cases
- Bundles & promotions — where a discounted bundle or promotion has been partly used or activated, we may limit refunds to the unused portion or deny refunds if the primary value has been consumed.
- Pre-orders — pre-orders may generally be cancelled and refunded before we provide access/activation. Once access is delivered and used/activated, Section 4 applies.
- Legal requirements — if consumer or other mandatory laws in your country grant you additional rights (including withdrawal rights for certain digital services), we will honor those rights. Where the law allows, we rely on your explicit consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of losing withdrawal rights once activation/access starts.
- Abuse — we may decline refund requests where there is clear evidence of misuse, violation of Terms of Service, or attempted circumvention of this Policy (for example, heavy use followed by a refund request).
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates the latest version. Where appropriate, we may notify you of significant changes via our website, within the Wreet app, or by email.
