The Store shows a region or account warning
Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store with a Microsoft account. If the warning stays, email info@benc-motorsport.com and we will help you install.
I paid but have not received my license
Licenses are sent within 0–3 hours on working days. Please check your spam folder, then contact us with your order email.
How do I get updates?
Updates install automatically through the Microsoft Store. See what’s new on the Updates page.
Can I use WREET on a second computer?
Yes – each license can be activated on up to two computers belonging to the same customer or registered business. It may not be shared with another workshop or company.
What should I send when I need support?
ECU / module type, vehicle details (brand, model, year, engine), your WREET version and a short description of the case.
Is my ECU or module supported?
Search it on the Supported List. If it is not there, ask us – new ECUs are added with every update.
