Common questions
How can I pay?
By PayPal, or by bank transfer using a pro-forma invoice we send to your email. Prices are yearly and shown excluding VAT.
When do I get access?
Your license details are sent by email within 0–3 hours on working days after payment. For bank transfer, your license is activated as soon as the payment is received. Then install WREET from the Microsoft Store.
On how many computers can I use WREET?
Each subscription can be activated on up to two computers belonging to the same customer or registered business. The license may not be shared with another person, workshop or company.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Expert later?
Yes, at any time. You only pay the difference between the current prices of the two packages.
Can I get a refund?
Activation, downloads, file processing or use of paid features may limit refund eligibility; your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See our Refund Policy for full details.
VAT may apply for private buyers. EU companies with a valid VAT ID can be billed without VAT where applicable.
